These Terms of Use govern your use of rd19.digital. They are short on purpose. Please read them before using the Website.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website rd19.digital (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About us

The Website is operated by RD 19 DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia under registration number 271.110.1499055 (“RD19”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@rd19.digital.

3. The Website

The Website provides general information about RD19 and its products. It is not a store, and nothing on it is an offer to sell goods or services.

Nothing on the Website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other investment, or investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Any investment discussion with RD19 takes place only under separate written agreements.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

4. Our products

Our products, including Veritas, Nestly and MyBoat, are provided under their own terms of use and privacy policies and, where applicable, the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those terms, not these Terms of Use, govern your use of the products. Descriptions and images of the products on the Website are illustrative and may differ from the current versions.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, the RD19 wordmark, product names, logos and screenshots, are owned by RD19 or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other copying, reproduction, modification or distribution requires our prior written permission.

Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website in breach of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or related systems, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
• interfere with the Website’s operation, including through excessive automated requests;
• submit content that is false, unlawful, malicious, infringing or spam, or that contains code designed to cause harm;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

7. Applications and other submissions

When you send us an application or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share. Sending an application does not create an employment relationship or any obligation for us to respond, interview or hire.

If you send us ideas, proposals or feedback that we did not request, we are under no obligation to keep them confidential or to compensate you. We may use them freely, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Third-party links

The Website links to third-party services, such as the Apple App Store and our product websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete, accurate or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RD19 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Because the Website is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. The courts of Yerevan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Website. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in its courts where that law allows.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RD19 regarding the Website.
